For those who attended my talk in November, here are some of the basics I discussed on the night. I focus on what is important in terms of a healthy diet and more importantly, practical suggestions for you to implement.. now its over to you.

My tips for healthy eating

Eat a wide variety of good quality whole foods

Eat more plant based foods

Remember to eat proteins, carbohydrates and fats everyday - 15-20% protein, 20-25% fat and 60% carbohydrates

3 balanced meals a day consisting of protein, carbohydrate and fatĀ  will ensure blood sugar levels are kept stable
