Orange and cashew nuts

Sliced fresh fruit

Sliced fresh vegetables with dips that are vegetable or bean based, e.g. hummus, guacamole

Whole grain crackers and good quality cheese

Yogurt with toasted oats or fruit

Toasted pumpkin with yogurt

Yogurt with toasted nuts and seeds

Fig, or other dried fruit, mixed with toasted nuts and seeds

Home made popcorn

Grab fresh fruit or raw nuts from grocery or garages
