Dear All

A happy and healthy 2010 to you all. I hope one of your New Year's resolutions is to keep your health as one of your top priorities. In order to achieve this, I'll be packing the Food for Living newsletter with tips and advice on healthy eating for the rest of the year.

I'll be sending out the newsletter every two weeks and each issue with contain:

The fabulous star ingredient with tips and advice on how best to shop for, cook with and store the ingredient.

A number of health focused recipes that are easy to prepare and taste great.

In addition, I'll be incorporating some healthy eating tips in each recipe so that you can learn how to make sustainable changes into your daily eating pattern.

I'll also provide you with a resource each newsletter for you to access in your own time: perhaps a handy website or useful book to read so that you can continue to develop your knowledge and keep your focus as the year goes on.

Check out the new section on the Food for Living website called 'Building it Up, Breaking it Down.. The Secrets to Healthy Eating' which aims to provide you with everything you need to make the right changes in your healthy eating patterns for 2010.

I'll be in touch in the next day or 2 with the first Food for Living newsletter for this year and until then.. stay focused!
